The Webster Room is located inside the library and accommodates smaller groups up to 30. This meeting room is available for use during regular library hours. When the room is not reserved, the Webster Room may be used free of charge.
In addition to tables and chairs, the Webster Room also has Wi-Fi and two dry-erase boards.
Nonprofit groups or individuals will be assessed a fee of $5 per use. Free use may be granted to government bodies as well as groups or individuals cosponsoring a program with the library. For-profit groups or individuals will be charged $10 per use.
The Community Room is located at the entrance of the library and accommodates larger groups up to 112. This meeting room is available for use during regular library hours.
In addition to tables and chairs, the Community Room also has Wi-Fi, VCR/DVD/CD player, projector, Apple TV, and surround-sound stereo system. This room can be set up in a variety of ways.
Nonprofit groups or individuals will be assessed a fee of $10 per use. Free use may be granted to government bodies as well as groups or individuals co-sponsoring a program with the library. For-profit groups or individuals will be charged $25 per use.
Reserve a Room
The Webster Room and Community Room are available for public use.
Reservations are required up to 48 hours in advance and all reservation forms must be returned and fees paid before the meeting room will be permanently held for any group. Reservations may be placed between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday by calling (920)793-7118.
The library has four private study rooms available for use by the public. These rooms can accommodate two to three people comfortably and are available during regular library hours. Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved ahead of time.
