Since time immemorial, humans have sought the fountain of youth with its mythical promise of eternal life and vitality. This presentation will look at historical pursuits and modern gimmicks that have promised similar rejuvenation. But, ultimately, the fountain of youth is not a hidden spring or an expensive lotion; the basis of health and wellness lies within us all, and can be tapped into with nothing more exotic than exercise. Presented by Professor Jared Dalberg, this public lecture, in partnership with UW-Manitowoc, provides access to lifelong learning that enhances our lives and community. This program is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
